So one of my co-workers mentioned this.
Handmade Tattoos in Manassas, Virginia is offering $13 tattoos for today, Friday the 13th. They are located at 12204 Dumfries Road, Manassas, VA 20112. They open at noon and Kenny, James, and Matt will be tattooing all day.
$13 for the tattoo with a $7 good luck tip for a grand total of $20.
